1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a kud9 account or using any part of the kud9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kud9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

kud9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kud9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a kud9 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kud9 strictly enforces age restrictions. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering an account or placing any bet on kud9.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, or other legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from kud9.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of kud9 or any of its affiliated entities.

kud9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible individuals will be suspended immediately, and any winnings or bonus funds accrued may be voided.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on kud9. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kud9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, kud9 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed specified thresholds

kud9 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts cannot withdraw funds until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. kud9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kud9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on kud9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change. kud9 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your kud9 balance instantly. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. kud9 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used must be registered in your own name.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. kud9 will only return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. kud9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawals.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction values on kud9 are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kud9 does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on kud9 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain games (e.g., live dealer baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on your kud9 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the cancellation of one or more offers at kud9's discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

kud9 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, and placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds and derived winnings will be voided.

5.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

kud9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change will not affect bets already placed under the original terms of that promotion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

By placing a bet on kud9, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the odds and terms presented at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where kud9 offers a specific cash-out feature for that market.

6.2 Void Bets

kud9 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• Odds were offered in error due to a system malfunction or human error
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined
• The bet was placed in a manner that kud9 determines to be irregular, suspicious, or in breach of these Terms
• The player was ineligible at the time the bet was placed

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings are subject to limits set by kud9 and displayed within the relevant betting market. These limits are applied per event, per market, and per day, and are subject to change at kud9's discretion.

6.4 Game-Specific Rules

Casino games and live dealer tables are subject to the specific rules of each individual game as provided by the game supplier (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming). In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the result of the round in progress will be determined in accordance with the game provider's own rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kud9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using kud9 for the purposes of depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating and Exploitation: Using automated software (bots), exploiting software bugs, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or reversal after a deposit has been credited to your kud9 account.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the kud9 platform if you are under 21 years of age.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kud9, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kud9 platform.

kud9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected promptly. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, kud9 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the player's account.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kud9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You agree that any formal legal proceedings brought against kud9 must be commenced within one (1) year from the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
